Medtronic CareLink^® Personal is a secure, free, web based tool to help you and your healthcare professional gain insight on your glucose trends. It gives you the ability to follow and understand how insulin dosages, eating habits, exercise routines and medication affect your glucose levels. Track your glucose through easy-to-follow graphs, charts and tables to identify patterns that can give you useful insight on how to minimize lows and highs.
