solution transforms pump, meter and logbook
data into a series of personal treatment
reports, which you and your healthcare
professional can use to make informed
adjustments to your insulin pump therapy.
To get started, follow
these three simple steps:
- Sign-up to use the
system by visiting:
http://carelink.minimed.com
- Sign-in after you
register to use the system
- Upload data to the
system from your Paradigm® 515/715
insulin pump, Paradigm Link Blood
Glucose Monitor, and a variety of 3rd
party BG meters
Once you’ve uploaded your pump and meter
data, you can generate a series of custom
treatment reports, which you can view, save,
or print, and bring to appointments with
your healthcare professional.
